Landlord targeted by Mamdani agrees to forgive back rent in 5,100 apartments
Mayor Zohran Mamdani visited a building previously owned by Pinnacle Group in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Summit, the company, agreed to waive unpaid rent for 5,100 apartments if tenants resume payments.
