Adults should have no more than one drink a day, a team of scientists says
A team of scientists recommends adults limit alcohol consumption to no more than one drink per day. Their study found men consuming over 6.5 drinks weekly and women over seven drinks weekly face a greater than 1-in-1,000 lifetime risk of dying from alcohol-related diseases or injuries.
