EU quota system ‘could kill Ukrainian steel industry’, boss says
The EU's new steel import quota system, set to take effect on 1 July, could destroy Ukraine's steel industry and harm the country's budget as it resists Russia, according to Metinvest CEO Yuriy Ryzhenkov.
