Tropical Storm Cristina forms off coast of Nicaragua, forecasters say

Tropical Storm Cristina formed in the Pacific Ocean off Nicaragua's coast with 45 mph winds, expected to bring 4-12 inches of rain to Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. It is the second Eastern Pacific storm following Tropical Storm Boris near Mexico.
