Number of vulnerable, landslip-prone locations in the Nilgiris drops to 156
The number of landslip-prone areas in the Nilgiris has decreased to 156 following a detailed survey by the Geological Survey of India (GSI) conducted over the past year. Technical experts identified these locations as vulnerable to landslides.
