Gol Owner Abra to Close Chile SKY Airline Deal by August
Abra Group plans to close its acquisition of Chilean airline SKY Airline between July and August. The UK-based company owns Brazil’s Gol and Colombia’s Avianca and holds a stake in Spain’s Wamos Air. Brazil’s CADE has already approved the deal.
