Federal appeals court denies youth climate lawsuit against Trump executive orders
A U.S. federal appeals court denied a youth-led lawsuit challenging three of President Donald Trump’s executive orders related to fossil fuels and climate science. The court ruled the plaintiffs failed to establish a plausible link between their injuries and the executive orders and criticized the requested injunction as overly broad and unprecedented.
