Pay ₹10 lakh each to three child victims of sexual offence, orders Madras High Court
The Madras High Court ordered the Tamil Nadu government to pay ₹10 lakh each to three child victims of a sexual offence from the Child Victim Compensation Fund. Justice A.D. Jagadish Chandira directed the payment as part of the court's ruling.
