New K-9 joins the Pasadena Police Department

The Pasadena Police Department added K-9 Seeka, a 1-year-old Labrador Retriever trained for tracking and trailing, who is working on certification to locate missing individuals and suspects. Officer Daniel Velasquez, who previously worked with retired K-9 Edo, is training Seeka. Edo, who served seven years with the department, assisted in apprehending suspects and seizing over $300,000.
