Crete man accused of sexually assaulting child inside Portage Park business

A 19-year-old man from Crete has been charged with a felony for allegedly sexually assaulting a child under 13 in the bathroom of a Portage Park business. Chicago police filed the charges against Darren Powell, accusing him of predatory criminal sexual assault.
