Paddy procurement deal with public sector banks renewed, says Kerala Agriculture Minister

Kerala's Agriculture Minister announced the renewal of a paddy procurement deal with public sector banks. The previous LDF government experimented with cooperative societies in Palakkad for paddy procurement, and the current UDF government has opted to continue procuring entirely through Supplyco.
