Israeli troops kill 7-month-old Palestinian baby in West Bank car shooting

Israeli troops killed a seven-month-old Palestinian baby boy after firing at his parents' vehicle in the West Bank, according to the Palestinian health ministry. The infant, Sam Fahd Abu Haikal, was critically wounded by a bullet that also injured his mother, and he later died.
