Documenters report: Minneapolis school board considers new public comment guidelines

The Minneapolis Board of Education's Policy Committee reviewed records retention and wellness policies, and proposed revised public comment guidelines with a priority system for speakers if more than 25 people request to speak. The new guidelines, if approved, would take effect in September and prioritize current students, caregivers/staff speaking on agenda items, and residents in specific order.
