Three villagers killed, houses torched in Manipur; CM condemns attack

Three villagers were killed and houses were torched in Loibol Khullen village, Manipur. Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh condemned the attack, and Kuki Inpi Manipur blamed the NSCN and a Zeliangrong United Front faction for the incident.
