Why isn’t the Trump phone made in the USA?

The Trump phone, announced over a year ago, has 'launched' but only a few journalists and YouTubers have received samples. Despite claims of being 'made in the USA,' the phone is not actually produced domestically, similar to Trump's 'God Bless the USA' bible.
