Sentencing expected in deadly San Jose day care drowning case

A judge is expected to sentence a mother and daughter in a deadly daycare drowning case in San Jose. Two children died and one survived after falling into an unattended pool at Happy Happy Daycare. The mother faces up to 10 years, and the daughter up to 23 years.
