Scientists finally crack an “undruggable” pancreatic cancer target and nearly double survival

Scientists have developed a drug, daraxonrasib, targeting the KRAS mutation in pancreatic cancer, which was previously considered undruggable. The drug nearly doubled survival rates for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and reduced the risk of death by 60% in a major clinical trial.
