Teen charged with plotting mass shooting at suburban elementary school

A teen was arrested and charged with attempted murder and weapons offenses after allegedly plotting a mass shooting at Grand Prairie Elementary School. A family member restrained the teen, who admitted to the plan, and police recovered a handgun, knives, and other items from the residence.
