Fraud Division Announces Federal–State Partnership in Ohio to Prosecute Fraud

The Justice Department announced a federal-state partnership in Ohio to combat fraud through data-sharing agreements and enhanced prosecution efforts. Nine defendants face charges for alleged involvement in over $42 million in fraud, with three detained and two pending extradition in connection with an additional $15 million in fraud. The FBI also launched a Most Wanted Fraudsters list.
