Tesla driver arrested again in 2nd indecent exposure incident in South Miami, cops say

Rogerio Miranda De Souza, a Pinecrest man, was arrested for a second indecent exposure incident while driving his Tesla in South Miami. The first incident occurred on May 15, leading to an arrest on May 20, and the second on May 11, with Miranda De Souza surrendering on Wednesday. A judge set his bond at $25,000 and ordered house arrest with GPS monitoring.
