Affordable housing complex opens in downtown Waterbury

A 26-unit affordable housing complex, Marsh House Apartments, opened in downtown Waterbury, co-developed by Downstreet Housing & Community Development and Evernoth. The mixed-income apartments include units for people with disabilities and those at risk of homelessness, with rents ranging from $960 to $1,980.
