Redwood City company develops pill to treat pancreatic cancer, and trial results are promising

A Redwood City company, Revolution Medicines, developed an experimental pill called daraxonrasib for pancreatic cancer, showing trial results that doubled patient survival rates from six and a half months to over 13 months compared to chemotherapy. The drug is now being fast-tracked by the FDA.
