A private investigator has identified a potential suspect in the 30-year-old disappearance of Iowa news anchor Jodi Huisentruit, citing a tip from someone who claimed to have witnessed the suspect confess during a roadside incident in Minnesota. The case remains unsolved, with no charges filed and her body never recovered. John Vansice, the last person to see Huisentruit alive and a self-described person of interest, died in 2024 before the case could be resolved.
