31-year-old Campbell man drowns in Central California lake

A 31-year-old Campbell man drowned in Lake Tulloch, Calaveras County, after becoming fatigued while swimming back from an island. He was not wearing a personal floatation device, and his body was recovered using a remotely operated underwater vehicle.
