Detroit’s Master Plan in ‘home stretch’

Detroit’s Planning and Development Department is finalizing an update to the city’s Master Plan, a comprehensive policy roadmap for Detroit’s future. The process, initiated in 2024, includes community feedback and will conclude this year. The plan will guide development, zoning, and resource allocation for the next two decades.
