Police searching for suspect in suburban Elmhurst neighborhood; officers, K9s, drones in area

Police in Elmhurst are conducting a manhunt for a theft suspect who fled on foot after a vehicle pursuit on I-290. Officers, K9 units, and drones are searching the St. Charles and Fair Avenue neighborhood, where one suspect was captured and another remains at large.
