Man accused of shooting San Francisco police officer charged with several felonies

Norris Reed III, a 36-year-old Oakland man, was charged with two counts of attempted murder and other felonies after allegedly shooting at San Francisco police officers, injuring one. Officer Brittney Taylor was hospitalized in serious but stable condition following the incident. Reed fled after a chase, crashed into a barrier, and was later found at the Bayshore Navigation Center.
