Ex-N.Y. trooper sentenced to at least 2 1/2 years in prison in chase that killed 11-year-old girl

A former New York state trooper was sentenced to 2 1/2 to 7 1/2 years in prison after a high-speed chase in which his vehicle collided with an SUV, resulting in the death of an 11-year-old girl.
