Calling 911 because a bar won’t serve you a Jell-O shot is what police refer to as a misuse of services

Diane Blalock was arrested for misusing 911 services by calling three times to demand a Jell-O shot from a Florida bar. She was charged with misuse of 911, trespassing, and marijuana possession after deputies found her at the No Where Bar, where she had a trespass warning and was in possession of drugs.
