Macron, Kagame inaugurate Paris memorial honouring victims of the Rwandan genocide

Rwanda's President Paul Kagame and French President Emmanuel Macron inaugurated a memorial in Paris honoring victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsis. France was previously accused of complicity in the genocide due to its ties with the then-Rwandan government.
