Newark mayor questions state police tactics at Delaney Hall after Sherrill's order, calls agency 'a sword'

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka criticized New Jersey State Police tactics after they secured Delaney Hall following protests over alleged mistreatment of immigrant detainees. He agreed with Gov.
