Trump names William Pulte as acting intelligence head

President Trump appointed William Pulte, head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, as the acting head of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Pulte, an ally of Trump, has been involved in referring several of Trump's opponents for prosecution over alleged mortgage fraud.
