Baker City Man Pleads Guilty to Investment Fraud

A Baker City, Oregon, man pleaded guilty to stealing clients' stock shares, selling them, and transferring the proceeds to his personal bank account over 17 years. The U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon announced the case.
