Fiery blaze in Cicero sends plume of smoke into air, video shows

A fiery blaze in an apartment building on the 4700 block of West 19th Street in Cicero on Tuesday evening sent a plume of smoke into the air. Fire crews quickly controlled the fire, displacing four people but no injuries were reported.
