Philly homeownership program launches first project in 8th District

Philly’s Turn the Key homeownership program has launched its first project in the 8th Council District, with 22 homes being built on vacant lots in Tioga. Construction began in April, and a ceremony on West Venango Street celebrated the next phase, offering first-time homebuyers opportunities in the neighborhood.
