Brooklyn Man Charged with Threatening to Assault and Murder ICE Officer and His Family

Nicholas Matthew Scelfo of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with threatening to assault and murder a U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) officer and their family outside an ICE detention facility.
