Migrants detained at ICE facilities launch hunger strikes to protest conditions

Migrants detained in ICE facilities across four states have launched hunger strikes to protest substandard conditions, including lack of medical care and unsafe water. The GEO Group operates the affected facilities, and New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherill has called for shutting down the Delaney Hall facility after reports of tear gas use and denied health inspections.
