Coral Gables Man Sentenced to 60 Months in Prison for Distributing Sexual Torture and Mutilation Videos of Baby Monkeys

Francisco Javier Ravelo was sentenced to 60 months in prison for distributing videos showing extreme violence and sexual abuse against monkeys, violating the federal Animal Crushing statute. He must also serve three years of supervised release with restrictions on animal contact.
