RAD Diversified REIT Co-Founder Indicted for Submitting False Information During the Purchase of his $1.6 Million House

Brandon Dutch Mendenhall, co-founder of RAD Diversified REIT, has been indicted on a mail fraud charge related to false information submitted during the purchase of his $1.6 million house. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in federal prison, and the U.S. government intends to forfeit the house as part of the legal proceedings.
