Mother speaks after woman accused of scamming her out of Oakland Park apartment arrested

Brendy Francis was scammed out of $6,300 and evicted from her Oakland Park apartment after paying a fake realtor, Harmony Fucien, who used a fraudulent check and another person's identity. Fucien was arrested in May for the scam, leaving Francis without a home and her belongings discarded by the apartment complex.
