Nearly 100,000 Honda vehicles recalled over airbag issues

Honda is recalling nearly 100,000 vehicles due to a defect in the front passenger seat’s weight sensor, which could cause unintended airbag deployment. The recall affects models including the Accord Hybrid, Acura TLX, and various Civic, Accord, CR-V, and Pilot models from 2016 to 2026. Honda has received 228 warranty claims but no injuries or deaths related to the issue.
