NYC teen miraculously survives after chunk of concrete facade falls on his head

A 14-year-old boy in Jackson Heights was struck in the head by a falling triangular concrete piece around 12:15 p.m. Saturday but survived. The incident occurred at 37-54 82nd St., according to police.
