Teen hurt after a large piece of concrete falls off a Queens building

A large piece of a building facade in Queens fell onto a teen, injuring him. The incident occurred around 12:08 pm at 37-51 82nd St in Jackson Heights, with a witness reporting the teen was struck in the head while walking with his parents.
