Boy, 14, charged in rape of girl, 12, in Miami booked into jail, records show

A 14-year-old boy, Xavier Tyson, was booked into jail after being charged in the rape of a 12-year-old girl at a Miami community garden. Two other boys, aged 13 and 12, were also charged in the case. The incident occurred at the Green Haven Project garden, where the victim was allegedly held down and prevented from screaming during the assault.
