Authorities release name of woman killed in West Adams when daughter was abducted

Marisol Garcia Palacios was found dead in a West Adams home, prompting a search for her 5-year-old daughter Daleyza Fregoso and the child’s father Ruben Fregoso, who is accused of her murder and abduction. An Amber Alert was issued as the pair were last seen in Los Angeles, and their vehicle was discovered near the U.S.-Mexico border.
