SJ man sentenced to 25 years-to life for killing 8-month-old daughter

A 36-year-old San Jose man, Jesse Manuel Figueroa, was sentenced to 25 years-to-life in prison for killing his 8-month-old daughter, Raina, by striking her across the face, causing brain damage. The incident occurred while he was babysitting her, and he took the child to a Mountain View fire station in July.
