Convicted felon found with loaded 9mm pistol in vehicle: sheriff

A convicted felon prohibited from owning firearms was found with a loaded 9mm pistol and suspected drug paraphernalia in their vehicle in a business parking lot in San Mateo County. Deputies responded to the scene Thursday afternoon.
