Students can play role in US-China ties, Xi says in letter to Hong Kong student

Chinese President Xi Jinping urged students from China and the US to contribute to cultural exchanges and mutual understanding between the two countries. A Hong Kong university student, Liu Runjie, received the letter after participating in a China-US youth friendship program with other students.
