Is PLA’s response to Dutch warship in South China Sea ‘putting down a marker’ for future?

China claimed it used electronic interference against a Dutch warship in the South China Sea near the Paracel Islands. The PLA Southern Theatre Command accused the Dutch frigate De Ruyter of illegally entering Chinese-claimed waters and airspace.
