Toa Alta Man Indicted for Drug Trafficking and Firearms Violations

Harold Borrero-Borrero, a man from Toa Alta, was indicted on May 28, 2026, for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and firearms offenses. The indictment was announced by the United States Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico.
